I paid but did not get my items. Close and reopen the game. Purchases are checked again every time the game opens. In the iPhone app you can also tap Shop → Coins → Restore purchases.
I got a new phone. On your old phone open Settings and copy your login code, then choose “I have a login code” on the new one. In the iPhone app, open Shop → Coins → Restore purchases to get back things you own forever (No ads, Double coins, Every outfit).
How do I get more lives? Lives refill over time, or get unlimited lives in the shop.
How do I change my name? Open Settings and type a new name.
