1. Who we are

Chum Rush is operated by Chumstar Technology Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (“we”, “us”). By playing the game you agree to these terms.

2. Playing the game

Chum Rush is free to play. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial fun. Please don’t cheat, use bots or scripts, try to break or overload our servers, or interfere with other players.

3. Your name and messages

Your nickname, crew names and chat messages can be seen by other players. Keep them friendly. No hate, harassment, threats, sexual content, spam or personal information. We may remove content, rename players or block accounts that break these rules. You can report messages in the game.

4. Coins and purchases

Coins, boosters and outfits are virtual items that only work inside the game. They have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money. Purchases are final except where the law or the app store’s refund rules say otherwise. If a paid purchase does not arrive, contact us through the support page and we will fix it.

5. Ads

On the website, the game may show ads served by Google. Some ads are optional and give you a reward, such as an extra life, for watching them. See our privacy policy for how ads use cookies.

6. Changes and availability

We keep improving the game, so features, levels, prices and rewards may change. We try to keep Chum Rush running all the time but can’t promise it will always be available or free of bugs.

7. Our content

The Chums, King Grump, the artwork, voices, music and code of Chum Rush belong to Chumstar Technology Limited. Please don’t copy or re-use them without our permission.

8. Liability

The game is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using it.
